Currently, 6 states we are registered in have laws that make Zendrop Print-On-Demand's clothing items, including “sportswear” (such as leggings, shorts, rash guards, and sports bras), non-taxable for sales tax. These exemptions are:
Massachusetts
- Clothing with a retail price of $175 or less per item is non-taxable. 
- Zendrop Print-On-Demand's leggings, shorts, rash guards, and sports bras are non-taxable. 
Vermont
- Clothing is non-taxable. 
- Zendrop Print-On-Demand's leggings, shorts, rash guards, and sports bras are non-taxable. 
Pennsylvania
- Clothing is non-taxable. 
- Zendrop Print-On-Demand's leggings, shorts, rash guards, and sports bras are non-taxable. 
- Swimsuits and bikinis are taxable. 
Minnesota
- Clothing is non-taxable. 
- Zendrop Print-On-Demand's leggings, shorts, rash guards, and sports bras are non-taxable. 
New Jersey
- Clothing is non-taxable. 
- Zendrop Print-On-Demand's leggings, shorts, rash guards, and sports bras are non-taxable. 
Rhode Island
- Clothing with a retail price of $250 or less per item is non-taxable. 
- Zendrop Print-On-Demand's leggings, shorts, rash guards, and sports bras are non-taxable. 
All non-apparel and accessories (like totes & bags) have no exemptions.
