Zendrop interacts with suppliers and handles logistics on your behalf. The platform ensures a smooth operational flow by managing tasks such as sourcing products, processing orders, and shipping directly to customers. To maintain efficiency, Zendrop does not allow users to directly contact suppliers. Instead, all communication is managed internally by Zendrop.
Identifying Supplier Categories
Zendrop categorizes suppliers into two primary groups:
Zendrop Fulfillment Suppliers: These are suppliers whose operations are fully managed by Zendrop, including sourcing and logistics. Products associated with this category will be labeled as "Fulfilled by Zendrop." Products from this supplier are shipped from China warehouse.
US Suppliers: Some products are managed by US-based partners for domestic delivery. Since we have multiple US suppliers, these products are distinctly labeled, enabling users to identify their general sourcing origin.
Verifying Supplier Consistency Across Products
If you are trying to determine whether multiple products from Zendrop Fulfillment come from the same supplier:
Collect the product links for all items in question.
Contact Zendrop's support team with these links.
Zendrop's team will verify supplier consistency internally and provide you with an update. This process ensures correct information without disrupting supplier relationships.
Even if items come from different Zendrop fulfillment suppliers, we will do our best to ship items fulfilled on the same day from the same supplier (as listed on Zendrop) to the same address together, unless factors such as weight or size prevent this.
