Why do I need to verify my phone?
Verifying your phone is very important to stay up-to-date with all of the important updates regarding your orders. We'll keep you informed about any important updates on your orders, such as missing information required to ensure timely shipment.
How to verify my phone?
To verify your phone, follow these simple steps:
Select your phone country.
We automatically select the country based on your IP address. But if your phone number is from another country, you can change by clicking on the flag and searching by the country name or country calling code.
Type your phone number.
You don´t need to type the country calling code again.
Click "Save & Continue".
You will receive an SMS with a 6-digit verification code. Check your phone SMS app.
Enter the verification code into the "Verification Code" field.

Click the "Verify" button.
After your phone is verified, you will be redirected to Zendrop’s platform, and we are ready to inform you of any important updates regarding your orders.
I didn't receive the verification code, what do I do?
If you didn´t receive the verification code:
Ensure your phone number and country calling code are correct.
If one or both are incorrect, make sure you change it.
Click the "Send Verification Code Again" button.
You need to wait 60 seconds before sending a verification code again, but don´t worry about that, we count the time for you.
My verification code expired, what do I do?
Your verification code expires 10 minutes after the first sent attempt. If your verification code expired, you can request a new one. Just follow the steps in "I didn´t receive the verification code, what do I do?"
