Shipment Sub-Statuses Explained
Info Received
A shipping label has been created for your package, but it hasn't been scanned by the carrier yet. Tracking info typically updates within a couple of days.
In Transit
Your package is on its way and moving through the logistics network toward the destination country.
Out for Delivery
The carrier is in the process of delivering the package to the recipient’s address.
Available for Pickup
The package is available at a nearby pickup point and should be collected soon to avoid being returned. The pickup location is typically the nearest local post office.
Delivered
The package has been successfully delivered. In some cases, a signature may be required.
Delivery Failure
The delivery attempt was unsuccessful due to reasons like the recipient being unavailable or a rescheduled delivery. Check the tracking info for next steps.
Alert
Your package might be delayed, returned, or held due to issues such as:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Refusal or unclaimed parcel
Customs detention
Possible loss or damage in transit
If your package is in an "Alert" status, please review the tracking info for updates.
Expired
The package has been in transit for an extended period without delivery. In this case, please refer to the Zendrop refund policy to see if you're eligible for a refund or replacement.
No Tracking Info
If the tracking number shows no information:
Wait up to 48 hours for the tracking info to sync.
It may simply mean the package hasn’t been scanned yet by the carrier.
Processing and Shipping Reminders
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, though it may take up to 5 days during high-demand periods or with manual changes.
