Reseller Agreements vs. Supplier Agreements

Does Zendrop provide a reseller agreement?

Updated over a week ago

No. Zendrop does not issue reseller agreements.

A reseller agreement is typically provided by a brand owner or manufacturer that grants formal distribution or licensing rights to sell branded products. Zendrop is not a brand owner or product licensor.

What Does Zendrop Provide Instead?

Zendrop provides a Supplier Fulfillment Agreement (SFA).

This agreement confirms:

  • Your business is authorized to source and fulfill products through Zendrop

  • Zendrop acts as your fulfillment and supplier partner

  • Your supplier relationship can be verified if requested by a marketplace or payment processor

The SFA is a supplier relationship confirmation it is not a brand licensing or distribution contract.

Am I Allowed to Sell Products Sourced Through Zendrop?

Yes.

When using Zendrop, you may list and sell products sourced through the platform. As an independent merchant, you are responsible for:

  • Complying with local laws and regulations

  • Following marketplace policies (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, etc.)

  • Ensuring product listings and marketing materials are accurate

  • Respecting intellectual property rights

How Does Zendrop’s Model Work?

Zendrop operates as a sourcing and fulfillment platform:

  1. You list products in your store.

  2. A customer places an order.

  3. The supplier fulfills the order directly to your customer.

You manage branding, pricing, and customer experience. Zendrop manages product sourcing and fulfillment.
