Preorder inventory is a fulfillment option exclusive to members of the Private Agent Program. It lets high-volume sellers secure stock before it's available for standard fulfillment. This is especially useful for products with high demand or long lead times.


Because this feature sits within the Private Agent Program, the Account Management team manages all the specifics: how inventory is allocated, lead times, and order handling. It's not a self-serve feature.

Important: Preorder inventory orders cannot be canceled after payment has been processed. This applies regardless of lead time or stock availability changes after the order is placed.


How to apply for the Private Agent Program

Preorder inventory access starts with qualifying for the Private Agent Program. The program is invite-only and designed for high-volume sellers. To be considered:

  1. Submit a screenshot of your monthly order revenue through the support widget.

  2. The support team will forward it to the Sales team for review.

  3. The Sales team evaluates your submission based on total sales volume and growth potential. If you qualify, they'll confirm eligibility and connect you with a dedicated account manager.
