Connecting your Zendrop account to CommerceHQ is an extremely easy process. You will be required to create a 'private app' through CommerceHQ and plug in some data to Zendrop. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to complete this process from start to finish.
Before anything, you need to activate the webhooks to ensure that you receive orders in your Zendrop account instantly. Click the main drop-down menu at the top of your CommerceHQ account (click All Tools if this isn't already expanded), then click Apps Store.
Next, under Webhooks, click the Click Here To Install (Free) button.
That's it! Let's move on to actually getting Zendrop and CommerceHQ connected.
STEP 1: Click the Dashboard dropdown at the top of your CommerceHQ account and click All Tools.
STEP 2: Click the Apps Store option under the Apps column.
STEP 3: Click the Add a Private App button.
STEP 4: Enter 'Zendrop' as the app name, keep Full Access for everything under ACCESS OPTIONS, and click Add The Private App button at the bottom of the window.
The private app will now be created and you will be presented with a number of different fields that you will need to use inside of your Zendrop account. Let's head over that way now!
STEP 5: You can either click Connect a Store to Zendrop or the + icon as seen in the image above.
STEP 6: Click the COMMERCEHQ option.
STEP 7: Enter in the Store URL, API Key, and API Password. Once done, click the Connect button.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You can find your CommerceHQ Store URL via the Dashboard page. You just need to copy the storename.commercehq.com part of the URL.
