Updating your email and password on Zendrop is a breeze! Whether you're enhancing your security or switching to a new email address, this guide will show you how to do it in just a few simple steps. Let's get started and keep your account information up-to-date!
Changing Your Password via Web Browser
Reset Your Password:
Click on the following link to reset your password: Reset Password.
Enter your email address and click on the "Reset Password" button.
Check Your Email:
You will receive an email with the subject “Set up a new password for Zendrop.”
Open the email and click on the "Reset Password" link.
Set Your New Password:
You will be redirected to a new page where you can enter your new password.
Confirm your new password by entering it again in the designated field.
Click on the "Reset Password" button to save your changes.
Your password has now been changed, and you will be logged into your Zendrop account automatically.
Important Note: If you’re seeing an error when updating your credentials, you might already have another Zendrop account linked to the email you’re trying to use. Please reach out to our team for help!
Updating Your Email Address and Password Through Your Profile Page
Access Your Profile:
Log in to your Zendrop account.
Click on the drop-down arrow at the top right corner and select "Profile."
Change Your Email Address and Password:
In the email address field, enter your new email address.
Ensure the new email address is not already associated with another Zendrop account.
In the password fields, enter your new password.
Confirm the new password by entering it again.
Save your changes.
Your profile information will be updated.
Important Note: You can create as many Zendrop accounts as you want, as long as each has a unique email. If you have a PRO, PLUS, or Select plan, all your other accounts get upgraded for free!
Logging In with Your New Credentials
After updating your email and/or password, you can log into your Zendrop account using the new credentials. Follow this link to access your account.
