Tracking Your Zendrop Order

How to track your Zendrop order and handle delays.

Zendrop gives you everything you need to track your orders and stay on top of delivery status. This guide covers how to find your tracking number, understand order statuses, and what to do if tracking isn't updating.

How to find your tracking number

Log in to your Zendrop account and:

  • Navigate to the Orders section in your account dashboard.

  • Locate and select the specific order you want to track.

  • Click on the tracking number displayed beneath the order details. This will redirect you to the carrier’s tracking page, where you can view updates on your shipment.

Orders marked In Review or Processing haven't shipped yet. Standard processing takes 1–3 days, though it may extend to 5 days during high-demand periods.

Tracking numbers usually update within three business days as the package moves through the shipping chain.

Your customers will automatically receive the tracking number via email from your store once the order has been shipped.

Shipping timelines

Orders typically follow these processing and shipping timelines:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping time: Depends on the destination and local logistics. Shipping from China typically takes 10–15 days (excluding processing time). U.S.-based suppliers offer faster delivery of 3–5 business days on average.

In some cases, delays may occur due to factors like customs clearance or high shipping volumes. Rest assured, Zendrop has refund and reshipment policies in place to ensure you're fully protected. Specifically, Zendrop offers reshipment or refund policies for orders delayed beyond their estimated timeframes: 60 days for international orders, 45 days for U.S. orders, and 110 days for Brazilian orders.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe outlined in our refund policy above, you can contact Zendrop Support for assistance. Please provide your order number and tracking information when reaching out. Our support team will review your order status and work with you to resolve any delays or issues promptly and efficiently.


Tracking not updating?

If your order shows as shipped but tracking isn't updating:

  1. Allow up to three business days, tracking data can lag as the package moves through logistics.

  2. Make sure you're using a valid tracking site and entering the exact number shown in your dashboard.

  3. If updates stay stagnant after several days, contact Zendrop Support.

If your tracking number hasn't appeared at all after 7 days, contact Zendrop Support. Allow 24–48 hours for the team to follow up.
