Once your order is placed and processed, you can monitor its shipping status through the Zendrop dashboard. When an order is shipped, a tracking number is generated, allowing you to follow its journey.

Navigate to the Orders section in your Zendrop dashboard.
Look for the order status. If it says "Shipped," the tracking number will be available.
For orders still marked as "In Review" or "Processing," it means they haven’t been shipped yet. Standard processing times range from 1–3 days, but occasionally, it may take up to 5 days due to fulfillment delays.
Obtaining the Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will appear in the Zendrop dashboard's Orders section. Click anywhere on the order row to see its tracking number.
Tracking numbers usually update within three business days as the package progresses through the shipping chain.
Your customer will get the tracking number from your store, as long as shipping notifications are turned on.
