How to Check or Update the Shipping Address on Your Zendrop Order

Making sure your customer’s shipping address is correct is an important part of fulfilling orders smoothly. Depending on your order’s status, you may be able to view or edit the address directly in Zendrop, or you may need to check it through your store. This guide walks you through exactly how to do that.

When You Can Check the Shipping Address on Zendrop

You’re able to view and confirm the shipping address in Zendrop as long as the order has not been fulfilled yet.

How to check the address:

  1. Go to your Zendrop Dashboard → Orders

  2. Find the order you want to review

  3. Click the pencil icon next to the customer’s name

  4. The order details will expand and the shipping address will be displayed

This is the fastest way to confirm the address that was submitted for that order.

When the Order Is Already Processing or Shipped

If your order is already in Processing, the shipping address will no longer be visible or editable inside Zendrop.

In these cases, you’ll need to check the shipping address directly in your store:

  • Shopify → Orders → Customer & Shipping details

  • ClickFunnels → Order Details → Shipping Information

  • TikTok Shop → Orders → Customer Details

This applies when:

  • You can’t see the address in Zendrop anymore

  • You want to double-check the details for an already-shipped order

How to Update the Shipping Address (If the Order Is Still Unfulfilled)

If the order has not begun processing, you can still update the shipping address.

You can update the address:

  • Directly in your store (Shopify, ClickFunnels, TikTok Shop)

  • Or directly on the order in Zendrop, using the pencil icon (if editing is still available)

Once updated, Zendrop will use the new address.

When You Can No Longer Update the Address

Once an order has already shipped, Zendrop can no longer make changes to it.

If this happens:

  • The order will ship to the address originally provided

Although this isn’t ideal, this process ensures shipments move smoothly once fulfillment begins.

Updating Item Quantities (Units) Before Fulfillment

If the order is still not shipped (unfulfilled/processing), you can also update the quantity of items.

How:

  • Update the units directly in your store

  • Zendrop will sync the updated quantity

If the order is already processing and you can’t edit certain details like the customer’s name, you can cancel the order and submit it again. You’ll receive a full refund when you cancel an order. For more information about refunds and reshipments, click here.
