Yes, you can! If your order is still in the "fulfill order" status, you have the option to make changes. You can either update the customer details directly in Zendrop or modify both the customer and product details in your store.
How to Edit an Order on Zendrop:
Go to the Orders page.
Search for the order you'd like to modify.
Hover over the customer’s name and click the pencil icon next to it.
Submit the changes.
Finally, click the Confirm button to save the updates.

Quick Tips:
Once an order is processing, it can no longer be edited on Zendrop, and any changes made in your store won't sync with Zendrop. However, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be edited or canceled, so be sure to double-check everything while the order is still in the fulfillment stage!
