How Can I Filter My Orders on Zendrop?

How to use the filter option on the orders page in Zendrop.

Are you looking to fulfill orders for a specific date range, product, or country? With Zendrop’s filter option, you can easily manage your orders more efficiently.

Accessing the Filter Option:

  1. Log into your Zendrop account.

  2. Click on the Orders tab from the left menu.

  3. Click on the Filter option located at the top right, just above the list of your orders.

Applying Filters:

  • Date Range: Choose from today, the last 7 days, the last 30 days, last 90 days, or set a custom date range by clicking on the calendar icon. After selecting, click Apply to view results.

  • Order Range: Manually enter the order numbers, e.g., 1001 to 1008.

  • Shipping Country: Select the country (or multiple countries) from the dropdown.

Note: The Shipping Country filter refers to the destination country for the orders.

  • Product Name: Choose one or more products from the dropdown list.

  • Zendrop Payment: Filter based on the payment status of the order on Zendrop.

Advanced Filtering:

  • Click Add Filter to layer multiple filters.

  • To remove a filter, click the X on the right side of the applied filter.

By mastering these filters, you can gain better insights into your order management and improve your workflow.
