Yes, you can pay for Zendrop orders using credits, but the amount you can cover depends on the type of credits you have available. Here's everything you need to know to make the most of your credits.
What Are Zendrop Credits?
Zendrop credits are a virtual currency in your Zendrop account, designed to help you pay for unfulfilled orders. There are two types of credits:
Promo Credits – These are bonus credits you receive when you take advantage of special promotions on Zendrop.
Topped-Up Credits – These are credits that you manually add to your account by purchasing them via credit card or PayPal.
You can easily view your total credits (both promo and topped-up) by checking the top-right corner of the Orders page in your Zendrop account.
How to Pay for Orders with Zendrop Credits
Zendrop credits are applied based on the type of credit you have and the settings you've selected. Here’s how it works:
A. Using Promo Credits
Promo credits can be used to pay for up to 10% of each unfulfilled order. Here’s how to activate them:
Go to the Orders Page: Log into your Zendrop account and head to the Orders page.
Enable Promo Credits:
Click the dropdown arrow next to the Auto Fulfillment toggle.
Toggle on the Use Promos option.
When enabled, Zendrop will automatically use up to 10% of each order’s cost in promo credits during Daily or Auto Fulfillment.
If the Use Promos option is off, Zendrop will only use topped-up credits, no promo credits will be applied.
If the Use Promos option is on, both topped-up and promo credits can be used to fulfill your order.
B. Using Topped-Up Credits
To use topped-up credits, you can manually select this option during order fulfillment:
Go to the Orders Page: Click on the Fulfill Order button next to any unfulfilled order.
Use Topped-Up Credits: Toggle on the option to Use Credit before completing the order fulfillment.
When the manual fulfillment toggle is off, no credits will be used.
When the toggle is on, both promo and topped-up credits can be used.
Note: Zendrop credits cannot be redeemed on sample orders.
How Credits Are Applied
Here’s how Zendrop applies your credits during the payment process:
Topped-Up Credits are always used first. If you have enough topped-up credits to cover the order, the entire order will be paid with them.
Promo Credits are used only after topped-up credits have been applied. Zendrop will apply up to 10% of the remaining balance to cover with promo credits.
If there’s still a balance remaining after applying both topped-up and promo credits, the rest will be charged to your credit card.
Priority of Credits:
Topped-Up Credits always take priority and will be used first.
Promo Credits are applied second, but only up to a maximum of 10%.
Any remaining balance will be charged to your credit card.
Note: If you're using ClickFunnels, you can use 100% promo credits, regardless of the 10% rule.
Example Calculation
Let’s break this down with a quick example:
Total Order Cost: $50
Topped-Up Credits Available: $40
Promo Credits Available: $10
Here’s how Zendrop would handle the order:
Topped-Up Credits: Zendrop will apply the full $40 from your topped-up credits.
Promo Credits: Since 10% of the order can be covered with promo credits, Zendrop will apply $5 from your promo credits.
Remaining Balance: After applying $40 in topped-up credits and $5 in promo credits, there’s $5 remaining. This will be charged to your credit card.
Tracking Your Credit Usage
You can keep track of your credit usage by:
Clicking the Dropdown Arrow at the top right of your Zendrop account.
