What Are Zendrop Credits?

Everything you need to know about Zendrop credits.

Zendrop credits are a virtual currency that are used to pay for unfulfilled orders within your Zendrop account.

Other sources include onboarding credits awarded during initial setup and subscription-related credits from specific paid plans.

Getting Zendrop credits

Zendrop credits are included as a bonus in Zendrop's subscription to the Plus Plan (as well as other promos and offers). Upon upgrading to the Plus Plan, the credit amount is automatically applied to your account via the Billing page. For the standard Plus Plan priced at $79 per month, users receive $100 in order credits, provided they have not previously redeemed a promotional order credit. Promotional pricing plans, such as the $39 first-month promotion, include an equivalent $39 in order credits. Additionally, you have the option to top-up your credits using payment methods such as PayPal or credit card.

For onboarding, credits are added after users complete specific tasks like checklist verification. Promotional credits under certain plans may be distributed monthly; for instance, $20 in monthly credits for up to five months after successful onboarding. See the Zendrop onboarding checklist.

Users on a trial will not see credits immediately but can expect these to be added automatically upon transitioning to a paid subscription once the trial completes.

How to top up Zendrop credits

  • Click on the drop-down arrow in the top right of your account.

  • Click the "Billing" button.

  • Scroll down to the Credit section.

  • Click on the “Top Up" button.

  • Choose your preferred payment type for the credit top-up.

  • To request a refund for manually topped-up credits, the credits must remain unused. Refunds go back to the original payment method only.

  • PayPal refunds are subject to a 180-day limit. After that window, credits can only be used on future orders.

  • For refund requests, contact Zendrop support through the in-app messenger with the amount, payment details, and transaction ID.

Using Zendrop credits

If credits are missing after expected additions, users should verify task completions, subscription statuses, and check notifications. For unresolved issues, contacting Zendrop support with relevant documentation is recommended.

  • Credits can be used for fulfilling orders in Zendrop via the "Orders" page.

  • The $100 credit mentioned in the onboarding steps will be automatically applied to your Zendrop account once your credit card has been successfully charged for the plan.

  • Credits cannot be used to fulfill sample orders.

  • Credits cannot be used towards subscription charges.

    • A valid credit or debit card is required for subscription payments.

  • Only the manually topped-up credits can be refunded.

    • Promotional credits offered as part of subscription plans are non-refundable, aligning with the guidelines that ensure proper use of promotional benefits. However, this does not affect unused balances from manually purchased credit top-ups, which remain eligible for refunds under standard refund policies.

    • The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

    • Manually topped-up credits paid via PayPal can only be refunded within 180 days of the original payment. This is a PayPal restriction. After 180 days, refunds are no longer possible, so we recommend using the remaining credits on future orders.

  • Both Promo Credits and Topped-Up Credits can’t be transferred between different Zendrop accounts.

How to view your credit balance

  • Click on the drop-down arrow in the top right side of your account.

  • Click on the "Billing" button.

  • Scroll down to the "Credit" section.

Occasionally, refreshing the dashboard may be required to display updated credit balances.

How to apply Zendrop credits to an order

If the 'Use Promos' option is enabled under Auto Fulfillment, the platform will automatically apply your credit balance before charging your credit card for orders. Learn more about automated fulfillment.

Additionally, order credits under the Plus Plan can cover up to 10% of an order's total cost, with the remaining costs to be covered by the saved payment method. This policy retains the credits as supplementary financial support for payments. For manual order fulfillment, follow the steps described in the video linked below:

Adjustment, revocation, and expiration guidelines

One-Time Use: Credits from promotions or deals can only be used once per user. Stacking promos or creating multiple accounts to bypass this is not allowed and may lead to losing credits and account termination. Promo credits are further limited to non-cumulative use in line with Zendrop's guidelines. The promotion still retains its currency-focused limitation to ensure uniformity.

Program Changes: Zendrop can change, pause, or end the credit program anytime without notice. Unused credits won’t be reimbursed. Policy updates might lead to credit adjustments or removal to maintain compliance and fairness.

Usage Rules: Credits are for use in your Zendrop account only, have no cash value, and can’t be transferred.

Misuse Consequences: Zendrop may adjust or revoke credits if they suspect misuse, violations, or harmful behavior toward the platform. The Revenue Protection & Recovery (RPR) team regularly audits accounts to ensure the integrity of the platform. Violations of Zendrop's Terms of Service, fraud, or other detrimental behaviors may result in credit removal.

No Guaranteed Notice: Credits may be removed without prior notice, though Zendrop will try to notify users when possible.

Credit Validity: Credits are non-cumulative and cannot be redeemed multiple times with overlapping offers.

Plan Downgrades: Promotional credits will expire at the end of your billing cycle when downgrading to the Free plan. Credits from top-ups or refunds will remain. If you stay on a paid plan before the downgrade date, your promotional credits will stay active.

Promotional credits tied to subscription plans, such as the Plus Plan, may also expire if the subscription is canceled or when the promotional campaign ends.

Promotional order credits are forfeited upon downgrades in subscription plans. Additionally, Zendrop order credits cannot be utilized for sample orders, which ensures that credits are reserved solely for fulfilling standard orders.

Zendrop may reinstate credits after a review process, but this is only possible if the removal resulted from a misunderstanding or technical issue. Claims should be submitted promptly, and the review process generally takes 24-48 hours depending on inquiry volume.

Troubleshooting credits issues

Common issues and resolutions

Missing Onboarding Credits

  1. Ensure the onboarding checklist is complete. Verify this by checking if the checklist dropdown is no longer visible.

  2. Check for notifications or emails confirming credit allocation.

  3. If still missing, contact Zendrop support with evidence like screenshots of the checklist.

Promotional Credit Discrepancies

  • Promotional credits, such as $20 monthly installments, are typically added within 24 hours of completing onboarding tasks. Ensure subscription eligibility is maintained as these credits depend on active plans. If missing, check payment history and contact support.

Resolution workflow

  • Missing credit reports must include details like the type of credit, expected amount, and application date.

  • Zendrop's Revenue Protection & Recovery team reviews and responds within 48 hours with resolutions or reinstatements if approved.

For questions about credits or to transfer a manually topped-up balance to a different account, submit a request through the in-app messenger.
