Auto-fulfillment automatically populates tracking numbers in your dashboard once orders are fulfilled and accepts alternative products if the original is unavailable, ensuring a seamless fulfillment process.
Here's the step-by-step:
Log in to your Zendrop account.
Click the Orders button in the left-hand navigation panel.
Locate the Auto Fulfillment section (expand the dropdown menu if necessary).
Toggle the On/Off switch to On, and select your preferred mode:
Auto-Fulfillment: Immediate individual order processing.
Daily-Fulfillment: Batch processing of orders once per day at 7 PM EST.
Shopify orders with a payment status of 'pending' won't auto-fulfill through Zendrop. Pending means no payment was captured on the order. Identify and fulfill these orders manually to avoid shipping delays.
Auto-Fulfillment processes every unfulfilled order older than 5 minutes, checking every 10 minutes. Daily Fulfillment runs once per day to clear all unfulfilled orders. These are store-specific settings. If you run multiple stores, enable them separately for each.
