Click on the Orders tab using the left hand navigation panel.
Choose which order you'd like to fulfill.
Click on the Fulfill Order button.
Enter in your credit card information if you haven't already done so.
Click "Fulfill Order" at the bottom of the "Order Summary" window.
Once you're done with that, you're good to go! It's as simple as that.
