Finding the tracking and fulfillment information in Zendrop is as simple as a few clicks! We have made it easier for you to:

  1. Check exactly when an order was marked as fulfilled.

  2. Check exactly when a tracking number is generated for an order.

  3. In the scenario where a reshipment is required, see the tracking number of the reshipment right within the order in your dashboard.

We’ll go through each of the scenarios one by one with examples.

Order Marked as fulfilled:

To see the fulfillment date and time for an order please use the steps below:

  1. Head over to your Zendrop dashboard > Orders

  2. Find the order for which you wish to see this information.

  3. Hover over the Paid tag in green under the Zendrop Payment column

Important: The paid tag indicates that an order has been paid for and is fulfilled within Zendrop.

Tracking Number Generated:

To see when a fulfilled order had the tracking number generated for it please use the steps below:

  1. Head over to your Zendrop dashboard > Orders

  2. Find the order for which you wish to see this information.

  3. Hover over the Shipped tag in green under the Order Status column.

Important: If the order status is processing, it means that the tracking number has not been generated as the order is yet to be shipped.

Tracking Number of the reshipped Order:

For a reshipped order you will be able to see the tracking number right within the orders in your dashboard. To see this information use the steps below:

  1. Head over to your Zendrop dashboard > Orders

  2. Find the order for which you wish to see this information.

  3. Click on the order to see more details about the order.

  4. You will find the previous and new tracking numbers in there.

Please Note:

When a tracking number is generated, it means that the package is ready to be shipped. However, it may take a few days for the first update to show up on the tracking code. Logistics companies sometimes have to wait for the next checkpoint to scan the package, which can delay the first update.
