Why Zendrop supports TikTok Shop fulfillment for US products.

Zendrop is dedicated to helping you streamline your order fulfillment process with TikTok Shop US (TTS). However, it's important to understand certain limitations regarding product shipping origins. Currently, Zendrop supports TTS for products shipped from the US, but not for products shipping from China or other countries. This article will explain why this limitation exists and guide you on how to effectively use Zendrop's US supplier catalog for your TTS orders.

Why Zendrop Only Supports TTS with US-Based Suppliers

At this time, Zendrop cannot support TikTok Shop fulfillment for products shipping from China or other international locations. However, we do support TTS for products shipped from the US via our US supplier catalog.

Reason for the Limitation:

  • TikTok Shop has stringent processing requirements, including a processing time of 3 days and tracking numbers that must originate from the US.

  • While Zendrop can generally meet the 3-day processing time requirement for products shipping from China or other countries, the challenge lies with the tracking numbers. TikTok mandates that the tracking information originates in the US, which is not possible for products shipped from outside the US.

Due to these regulations, products from US suppliers are much more likely to meet TikTok Shop’s fulfillment policies, ensuring that your orders are processed without delays or issues.

How to Fulfill TTS Orders Using Zendrop’s US Supplier Catalog

To utilize Zendrop for your TikTok Shop orders, you’ll need to select products from our US supplier catalog. This ensures that the tracking requirements set by TikTok are met, and your orders will be processed smoothly within the required timeframe.

Steps to Get Started:

  1. Log into your Zendrop account.

  2. Navigate to the "Find Products" tab on the left-hand menu.

  3. Filter the product listings to show only products that ship from the US (refer to the image below for guidance).

  4. Select the products you want to add, and follow the standard process to import them into your TikTok Shop US account.

Adding Products From Other Suppliers: Proceed with Caution

You are free to add products from non-US suppliers at your own risk. However, keep in mind that non-US products may face fulfillment challenges, such as delays in processing and invalid tracking information, which could affect your store’s performance.
