How Do I Find TikTok Shop Products in the Zendrop Catalog?

  • Navigate to the 'Find Products' tab in your Zendrop account.

  • Use the search field to find products you want to add to your TikTok Shop US.

  • Click the 'Add to My Products' button on the selected product.

  • Head over to the 'My Products' section to view your Import List.

Important Note: You must select the correct collection during the import. If the wrong collection is selected, the product won’t be active in your store.

How Do I Publish Products to My TikTok Shop US?

  • Once you’ve finalized your edits, click 'Publish to My Store'. This action will import the product directly into your TikTok Shop US store.

  • Once the item is successfully published, you'll be redirected to the Store Listings & Sourcing page. The product status will show as 'Active,' and its connection status will display as 'Linked.'
