Managing orders in TikTok Shop US
Log into your TikTok Shop US account.
Click on "Orders."
Select "Manage Orders."
In the "To Ship" tab, you'll find all orders that are pending shipment.
Hover over the order and click the dropdown arrow on the right side to access options such as:
Cancel the order
Print documents
Add notes
Contact the buyer
