How Can I Update My Payment Method on Zendrop?

Everything you need to know about updating your payment method on Zendrop.

If you need to update your payment method on Zendrop, follow the detailed instructions below. Our platform currently supports payments via credit or debit card and you can manage multiple cards with ease.

  • Click on the user profile drop-down menu at the top right corner of the page.

  • Select "Billing" from the menu options.

  • Click on the "Add Payment" option.

  • Enter your new payment information.

  • Click "Save" to store the new payment details.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • You can have multiple cards stored on Zendrop.

  • The platform will automatically charge your default card.

  • To set a default card, click the "Set as Default" option next to the credit card you want to designate as your default.

  • To remove a card, click on the trash icon located on the right side of the credit card you wish to delete.

  • Ensure you have at least one active card to avoid any interruption in your subscription.

  • Regularly update your payment information to prevent any billing issues.
