Zendrop supports payments by credit or debit card. You can store multiple cards, set a default, and remove old ones anytime from your Billing settings.
Click on the user profile drop-down menu at the top right corner of the page.
Select "Billing" from the menu options. Confirm the active payment methods by reviewing the list displayed in the Billing section. If no payment methods are saved, this will be indicated here.
Click on the "Add Payment" option to add new payment details.
Enter your new payment information such as credit card details.
Click Save to securely update the payment information in your account.
Important
You can have multiple cards stored on Zendrop.
The platform will automatically charge your default card.
To set a default card, click the "Set as Default" option next to the credit card you want to designate as your default.
To remove a card, click on the trash icon located on the right side of the credit card you wish to delete.
Ensure you have at least one active card to avoid any interruption in your subscription.
Regularly update your payment information to prevent any billing issues.
You can also link your bank account to Zendrop as an additional payment option.
Keep at least one active card on your account to avoid interruptions to your subscription and order fulfillment.
