Finding TikTok Shop products in the Zendrop catalog

  • Navigate to the 'Find Products' tab in your Zendrop account.

  • Use the search field to find products you want to add to your TikTok Shop US.

  • Click the 'Add to My Products' button on the selected product.

  • Head over to the 'My Products' section to view your Import List.

  • Use the search field within the 'My Products' section to locate your desired product.

  • Click on 'Review & Publish' to edit the product’s listing details as needed.

Important: You must select the correct collection during the import. If the wrong collection is selected, the product won’t be active in your store.

Additionally, TikTok Shop has invite-only product categories, including electronics, beauty products with medicinal claims, and medical devices. These categories require explicit approval and compliance documentation, such as FDA registration or lab testing reports. Without this, listings may be blocked.

Publishing products to your TikTok Shop US

  • Once you’ve finalized your edits, click 'Publish to My Store'. This action will import the product directly into your TikTok Shop US store.

  • Once the item is successfully published, you'll be redirected to the Store Listings & Sourcing page. The product status will show as 'Active,' and its connection status will display as 'Linked.'

Important: We only support TTS for products shipped from the US through our US supplier catalog.

Error code 'tiktok.12052104' may appear if products sourced from Zendrop’s China-based suppliers are being uploaded. To prevent this error, ensure that you only select items available from Zendrop's US-based suppliers marked as 'Zendrop Fulfillment.'

Managing imported products in TikTok Shop

To ensure your products have been imported correctly, follow these steps:

  • Log into your TikTok Shop US account.

  • Click on the 'Product' tab from the menu on the left.

  • Select 'Manage Products' to view and manage all the items you've imported from Zendrop.

  • The product inventory isn’t automatically synced, so imported items will show as 'out of stock.' However, as long as the item is available on Zendrop, you can still sell it. To update the inventory, click the pencil icon next to the item and enter the desired stock level. If the item goes out of stock on Zendrop, you'll receive an email notification.

If you experience failures uploading products, ensure descriptions comply with TikTok Shop's 1,000-character limit and meet category-specific approval.

Head to My Products in Zendrop to manage your TikTok Shop US listings and confirm all products show as Active and Linked.
