What You Need Before Starting
Zendrop Account: Make sure you have signed up for a Zendrop account.

How Does the Integration Work?
Product Import: Easily import products from Zendrop into your TikTok Shop.
Order Syncing: Orders placed through TikTok Shop US are automatically synced with Zendrop, eliminating manual updates.
Automatic Tracking: Once orders are shipped from Zendrop, tracking numbers are automatically synced back to TikTok Shop US, keeping your customers updated on their order status.
Steps to Integrate Zendrop with TikTok Shop US
Start by logging into your Zendrop account.
Click on the "Connect My Store" option located at the top left corner of your Zendrop dashboard.
Select the "Choose another platform" option.
On the next page, click on the TikTok icon to select it, then click on "Continue."
Choose Your Connection Option
If you already have a TikTok store, select "I already have a store - connect."
If you don’t have a TikTok store yet, select "I would like to build my own store."
Click "Continue" to proceed. You will be redirected to your TikTok Seller Center.
In the TikTok Seller Center, choose the shop you want to connect to Zendrop.
Click on the "Confirm to install" option to proceed with the integration.
On the Authorization page, carefully read the terms and conditions. Check the box to acknowledge them, then click "Authorize."
You will be redirected back to your Zendrop account, where a pop-up message will appear stating that auto-fulfillment is always enabled for TikTok stores and cannot be disabled. Click "Got it" to proceed.
On the next page, choose the Zendrop warehouse for TikTok and click "Apply." If you haven’t set up a Zendrop warehouse on TikTok yet, click "Create Warehouse" for instructions.

Once connected, your TikTok Shop name and icon should appear at the top left corner of your Zendrop dashboard, indicating a successful integration.
