How to Set Up a TikTok Shop Warehouse

Congratulations on connecting your TikTok Shop to Zendrop! Before importing products, you need to set up your pickup/return address and choose your preferred shipping options. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you through the process:

Step 1: Log into TikTok

  1. Start by logging into your TikTok account here.

  2. Once logged in, go to the upper right corner of the home screen.

Step 2: Access Account Settings

  1. Click on 'My Account'.

  2. Select 'Account Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Go to Warehouse Settings

  1. In the account settings, find and click on 'Warehouse Settings'.

Step 4: Create a New Warehouse

  1. Click on the option to add a new warehouse.

  2. Fill in the following details:

    • Warehouse Name: Zendrop Warehouse

    • Contact Person: BL

    • Phone Number: +1 754-217-5134

    • Address: 390 NE 191st St STE 8260

    • City and State: Miami, Florida

    • Zip Code: 33179

    • Country: United States

After entering all the required information, make sure to save your changes.

Step 5: Set Up for Pickup and Returns

  1. Click on the edit icon on the right side.

  2. Checkmark the "Same as the saved warehouse address" option.

  3. Click save.

Step 6: Set Up a Shipping Template

  1. Go to "Orders" from the menu on the left.

  2. Select "Shipping Template".

  3. Edit your existing shipping template by selecting the warehouse address you just added.

  4. Click submit when you are done.

Setting up your warehouse details correctly on TikTok Shop ensures efficient order fulfillment and returns management. Follow the steps above to enter and save your warehouse information, ensuring smooth operations and a better experience for your customers.
