How to Set Up a TikTok Shop US Warehouse

TikTok Shop US warehouse address.

Before importing products from Zendrop to TikTok Shop US, set up your warehouse address, return address, and shipping preferences.

Step 1: Log in to TikTok

  1. Log in to your TikTok Seller account here.

  2. Once logged in, go to the upper right corner of the home screen.

Step 2: Access account settings

  1. Click on "My Account."

  2. Select 'Account Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Go to warehouse settings

  1. In the account settings, find and click on "Warehouse Settings."

Step 4: Create a pickup warehouse

  1. Click on the option to add a new warehouse.

  2. Fill in the following details:

    • Warehouse Name: Zendrop Warehouse

    • Contact Person: BL

    • Phone Number: +1 754-217-5134

    • Address: 390 NE 191st St STE 8260

    • City and State: Miami, Florida

    • Zip Code: 33179

    • Country: United States

After entering all the required information, make sure to save your changes.

Step 5: Create a return warehouse

  1. Scroll down the Warehouse Settings page to the "Return Warehouse" section.

  2. Click on the option to "Add a New Warehouse."

  3. Check the "Same as the saved warehouse address" option.

  4. Select your current warehouse name from the drop-down menu.

  5. Click "Save."

Step 6: Set up your shipping preferences

  1. From the left menu, select “Orders.”

  2. Click on “Shipping Settings.”

  3. Choose “Shipping and Delivery.”

  4. Click on “Switch Option.”

5. Select "Seller Shipping."

6. Click "OK" to save your changes.

Step 7: Set up a shipping template

Set your shipping charges based on your preferences. Options include a flat rate, free shipping on all orders, or free shipping above a set order value. The example below shows how to create a template:

  1. Scroll down the "Shipping and Delivery" page.

  2. Click on the "Create" button located on the right side of the Shipping Templates option.

  3. Click on "Confirm."

4. Enter a name for your template.

5. Set up your preferred shipping charges.

6. Click on "Submit."

Important: When you manually input your shipping fee, the system will verify it against the recommended market price. If your shipping fee is outside the recommended range, it will be flagged with a yellow hint. The yellow flag will prompt you to review and potentially adjust the fee.

Return to Zendrop and start importing products from the Find Products page once your warehouse is saved.
