Congratulations on connecting your TikTok Shop to Zendrop! Before importing products, you need to set up your pickup/return address and choose your preferred shipping options. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you through the process:
Step 1: Log into TikTok
Start by logging into your TikTok account here.
Once logged in, go to the upper right corner of the home screen.
Step 2: Access Account Settings
Click on 'My Account'.
Select 'Account Settings' from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Go to Warehouse Settings
In the account settings, find and click on 'Warehouse Settings'.
Step 4: Create a Pickup Warehouse
Click on the option to add a new warehouse.
Fill in the following details:
Warehouse Name: Zendrop Warehouse
Contact Person: BL
Phone Number: +1 754-217-5134
Address: 390 NE 191st St STE 8260
City and State: Miami, Florida
Zip Code: 33179
Country: United States
After entering all the required information, make sure to save your changes.
Step 5: Create a Return Warehouse
Scroll down the Warehouse Settings page to the Return Warehouse section.
Click on the option to Add a New Warehouse.
Check the Same as the saved warehouse address option.
Select your current warehouse name from the drop-down menu.
Click Save.
Step 6: Set Up a Shipping Template
From the menu on the left, select "Orders".
Click on "Shipping Template".
Click on "Create" from the top right side of the page.
Give the template a name.
Click on the dropdown arrow on the right side of the "Ship from" option.
Select the warehouse address you just added.
Choose the "Quantity-based" option for the Rate Model.
Choose Your Shipping Option: By default, the system selects the "Standard Shipping" option.
Manually enter the Flat Rate.
Click "Submit" when you are done.
Important Note: When you manually input your shipping fee, the system will verify it against the recommended market price. If your shipping fee is outside the recommended range, it will be flagged with a yellow hint. The yellow flag will prompt you to review and potentially adjust the fee.
