The Zendrop Onboarding Checklist is available to new users. This checklist is designed to guide you through the essential steps to set up your store and start selling successfully. Completing the checklist can also earn you up to $100 in order credits to use on Zendrop!
The onboarding checklist is divided into two versions based on your plan:
Version 1: For Free Users, Pro Users, and UBB Users (5 steps, with eligibility to earn $100 in order credits).
Version 2: For Plus Plan Users (6 steps, offering additional insights and training resources).
How Order Credits Work
Who provides the order credits? Zendrop will issue the order credits.
Do users need to be on a paid plan to receive order credits? Yes, order credits are only issued to users who have an active paid Zendrop plan.
How are order credits distributed?
Users receive $20 per month for five months, totaling $100 in order credits.
Order credits are available only while your subscription is active. If you’re on a paid plan, you’ll receive $20 in order credits each month for up to five months. However, if you cancel your plan, you won’t receive credits in the following months.
Onboarding Checklist – Version 1 (Free, Pro, and UBB Users)
Step 1: Connect Your Store
If you're using TikTok US or ClickFunnels, select the "Choose Another Platform" option. If you're on Shopify, you have three ways to connect your store to Zendrop:
Connect an existing store (if you already have one).
Claim a custom AI-built store from Zendrop.
Build your own store manually.
After selecting an option, you will be redirected back to Zendrop to continue the onboarding process once your store is connected and your Zendrop plan is set up on Shopify.
Step 2: Import Your First Product
Select your store niche to receive 12 curated, winning products for that niche.
If you're unsure about your niche, choose "Not Sure Yet" to receive 12 top-selling products across various niches.
Continue through the onboarding flow, and Zendrop will automatically add the selected products to your store.
Step 3: Register for a Live Webinar

Step 4: Join the Zendrop Academy
Access exclusive courses and resources designed to help you scale your e-commerce business.
Step 5: Receive $100 in Order Credits
Earn $20 each month for five months upon completing all steps in the checklist.
Credits can be used towards fulfilling orders on Zendrop.
Onboarding Checklist – Version 2 (Plus Plan Users)
Steps 1-4 are the same as described in Version 1 above. The only difference is in Steps 5 and 6, which are detailed below:
