Zendrop offers seamless integration with TikTok US, Shopify, and ClickFunnels, allowing you to connect multiple stores to a single Zendrop account. With just one Zendrop plan, you can connect up to 10 different stores, making it easier than ever to manage your e-commerce business from one place.
Connecting Your First Store
If you don't have any stores connected to your Zendrop account yet, please follow the links below for detailed, step-by-step instructions:
Once you’ve successfully connected at least one store, you can start adding more stores to your Zendrop account.
Adding a New Store to Your Zendrop Account
You can install the Zendrop app directly through your store or connect an additional store via your Zendrop account. This article explains how to connect an additional store through Zendrop.
To connect an additional store, follow these simple steps:
Click on the store name in the top left corner of your Zendrop dashboard.
Select the Add New Store option.
Choose your platform and connection method:
For Shopify:Connect a store I already have – Link an existing Shopify store to Zendrop.
Create My Custom AI-Built Store – Claim a Shopify store built for you by Zendrop’s AI.
Build My Own Store Manually – Set up a new Shopify store yourself.
Click Continue and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
For TikTok US Shop or ClickFunnels:
Click Choose Another Platform if you want to connect a TikTok US Shop or ClickFunnels store instead of Shopify.
After selecting the platform, click Continue and follow the setup steps.
Note: A store can only be connected to one Zendrop account at a time. If your store is already linked to another Zendrop account, you will need to disconnect it before adding it to a new account.
Switching Between Your Connected Stores
Managing multiple stores in Zendrop is effortless. To switch between them:
Click on the store name in the top left corner of your Zendrop dashboard.
A drop-down menu will appear, showing all your connected stores.
Select the store you want to manage.
Once selected, Zendrop will display all the relevant information for that store, including:
Products
Orders
Fulfillment details
The data you see in Zendrop always corresponds to the store that is currently selected at the top left of your dashboard. Ensure you’re in the right store before managing orders or making changes.
Note: If you are on Usage-Based Billing, we charge through one store but count all products across connected stores and bill based on the total.
