Will Deactivating My Store Also Deactivate My Zendrop Account?

What happens to the Zendrop account when the associated store is deactivated?

Updated over 4 months ago

If you're wondering, "If I deactivate my store, will my Zendrop account also be deactivated?" we've got the answer for you. The short response is no. Deactivating your store won't affect your Zendrop account. Each platform operates separately, so you need to handle deactivation for each one individually.

Separate Platforms, Separate Actions

Deactivating your Shopify, ClickFunnels, or TikTok shop will not deactivate your Zendrop account. They are entirely separate, so you can manage them independently without worrying about one affecting the other.

How to Downgrade Your Zendrop Account

If you're looking to downgrade your Zendrop account, here’s a simple guide to help you:

  • Log in to your Zendrop account.

  • Click on the user profile drop-down menu.

  • Select Billing.

  • Scroll down to your current plan.

  • Click the pencil icon next to your current plan.

  • You’ll be redirected to the pricing plan page.

  • Click on the downgrade option on the Free plan to downgrade.

You can keep your free plan for as long as you like. If you want to deactivate your Zendrop account completely, you can reach out to our customer success team through the in-app chat.

Important Note:

When you deactivate your store, your Zendrop account will remain fully operational. This means all your orders—whether they are shipped, or still processing—will not be affected.
