If you're wondering, "If I deactivate my store, will my Zendrop account also be deactivated?" we've got the answer. The short answer is no; deactivating your store won’t affect your standard Zendrop account. Since both platforms operate independently, you’ll need to manage deactivation for each one separately.
Separate Platforms, Separate Actions
Deactivating your Shopify, ClickFunnels, Wix Store, or TikTok shop will not deactivate your Zendrop account. They are entirely separate, so you can manage them independently without worrying about one affecting the other.
How to deactivate your Zendrop account
The process is straightforward. Here's how to do it:
Log in to your Zendrop account.
Click on your profile name in the top-right corner to open the dropdown menu.
Select Account from the dropdown.
Scroll down to the Account actions section at the bottom of the page.
Click the Deactivate button next to "Deactivate account".
Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for deactivation. If you run into any issues, reach out to our customer success team through the in-app chat.
Important Note:
When you deactivate your store, Zendrop deletes the related store data, including access to its order history. To keep seeing past orders, your store needs to stay connected.
