  • What is a sample order?

    • They are orders you place for a product to an address of your choosing. The purpose of a sample order is for you to be able to get a product in your hands, test out the functionality, review the quality, make your own ad creatives, etc.

  • Do I have to pay for a sample order?

    • Yes, you will be required to pay the wholesale product cost + shipping cost. Please note that the order credits cannot be used to fulfill sample orders.

  • Can I order a sample on the Starter (free) plan?

    • No, ordering samples is limited to paid plans. The reason for this is due to issues with fraud in the past, so this decision was made to combat that.

  • Can I order a sample without connecting my store to Zendrop?

    • No, you cannot order a sample without connecting your store to Zendrop. You must link your store first to place a sample order.

  • What plan do I need to be on to place a sample order?

    • Any paid plan unlocks the ability to place a sample order.

  • What's the refund policy for sample orders?

    • Sample orders are not eligible for a refund.

  • How do I order a sample of a product?

    • Open up any product listing in-app and click the "Sample Order" button.
