How to Download Order Invoices on Zendrop

Accessing and downloading invoices on Zendrop.

Keeping track of your order invoices on Zendrop is simple and convenient. To ensure you have all your financial records in order, follow these detailed instructions to download your order invoices:

  1. Log in to Your Zendrop Account

  2. Navigate to Billing

    • Click on the drop-down arrow located at the top right corner of the page.

    • From the menu, select "Billing."

  3. Find the Invoice Section

    • Scroll down the Billing page until you reach the Invoice section.

  4. Select the Year and Month

    • In the Invoice section, choose the year and month for which you need the invoice.

  5. Customize Your Invoice (Optional)

    • By default, your invoice will include the personal details from your profile.

    • If preferred, you can choose to only include your company name on the invoice.

  6. Download the order Invoice

    • Once you have customized your invoice, click the "Download" button.

    • The invoice will be sent to your registered email address.
