Keeping track of your invoices on Zendrop is simple and convenient. This guide covers downloading order invoices specifically, along with additional information on subscription invoices and Shopify-billed charges. To ensure you have all your financial records in order, follow these detailed instructions:
Log in to Your Zendrop Account
Begin by logging into your Zendrop account using your credentials.
Navigate to Billing
Click on the drop-down arrow located at the top right corner of the page.
From the menu, select "Billing."
Find the Invoice Section
Scroll down the Billing page until you reach the Invoice section.
Select the Year and Month
In the Invoice section, choose the year and month for which you need the invoice.
Customize Your Invoice (Optional)
By default, your invoice will include the personal details from your profile.
If preferred, you can choose to only include your company name on the invoice.
Download the order Invoice
Once you have customized your invoice, click the "Download" button.
The invoice will be sent to your registered email address.

Limitations
Custom Date Ranges: Monthly invoices are available for download, making it easy to keep your records organized. At this time, invoices are generated on a monthly basis, so each month can be downloaded individually.
Tips for Accurate Invoices
Update Profile Details: Ensure your profile details, such as your company name and Tax ID, are updated. This information will appear on your invoices. After updating, re-download the invoices to see the changes reflected.
Invoice Content: Zendrop invoices include product name, product price, and number of units.
Invoice Management Policies
Invoices Cannot Be Retroactively Modified: All invoices are generated at the time of payment and cannot be altered afterward. This includes changes to business names, VAT numbers, or addresses.
Automated Invoice Generation: Subscriptions or order invoices reflect account information available at payment time. Ensure your details are current before transactions.
For Shopify-Billed Charges
If your Zendrop charges are processed via Shopify’s billing system (Usage-Based Billing):
Log in to your Shopify Admin.
Go to Settings and select Billing.
Under Past Bills, find the bill you need.
Open the bill to view details.
Choose Export Bill or Download to save a copy of the invoice.
For Zendrop Direct Subscription Invoices
Subscription invoices are not downloadable directly from the Zendrop interface. These invoices are sent to your registered email address. If you cannot locate them, check your spam folder or search your email for prior notifications.
Updating Profile Details for Future Invoices
To guarantee correct information on future invoices:
Log in to your Zendrop account.
Access account settings and update your business information, including name, address, and VAT number.
Apply these changes before making a payment.
If updates do not immediately reflect, try clearing browser cache and re accessing the invoice.
