In the vast world of e-commerce, Zendrop connects merchants with customers globally, offering a platform for anyone with the creativity and ambition to launch an online business. While Zendrop encourages innovation and expression, all content must remain respectful, lawful, and in compliance with Zendrop’s standards. Content that is hateful, illegal, or violates intellectual property rights may be subject to review and removal.

Intellectual Property Rights

Zendrop supports your creativity and the expression of your ideas. However, it’s essential to respect the intellectual property rights of others. When submitting content to Zendrop, you must either own the content or have the appropriate rights to use, display, and resell it. Your content must comply with laws related to publicity rights, trademarks, and copyrights.

Illegal Content

Zendrop strictly prohibits content that involves illegal activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Child Pornography: Any content depicting child pornography will be removed immediately.

  • Obscene and Criminal Content: Obscene Content, that depicts, promotes, or praises illegal activities, terrorism, or harmful acts, will also be removed. This includes content that supports individuals, groups, or organizations involved in such activities.

  • Local Law Compliance: It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws of your region and the regions where you ship products. Ensure that your store’s content adheres to all relevant legal requirements.

Special Note: Certain products are fulfilled by a partner with strict rules against explicit nudity or suggestive content. Please avoid using such content in these categories to prevent processing or delivery issues.

Hateful Content

Zendrop values diversity, tolerance, and respect, and serves customers worldwide. Therefore, we do not allow content that expresses hatred or attacks any individual or group based on protected characteristics, including but not limited to:

  • Age, race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or disability.

In addition, Zendrop reserves the right to block content that falls into the following categories:

  • Promotion of Hate: Content that praises or promotes individuals, groups, or organizations involved in hate or harmful activities.

  • Support for Hate Crimes: Content that supports crimes related to hate, violence, discrimination, or intolerance.

  • Misinformation: Content promoting harmful misinformation that could reasonably lead to violence or threats to public health and safety.

  • Violent Events: While content depicting violent events may be allowed if it serves educational or artistic purposes, it cannot be used to glorify or trivialize violent acts.

Additional Notes

  • Ownership: Your content remains yours. Zendrop will not use your content for advertising or promotional purposes without your consent.

  • Content Review: All content is subject to review, and Zendrop reserves the right to remove content at any time and for any reason. Each case is evaluated individually, using both automated and manual review processes.

  • Compliance: As a store owner, you are responsible for ensuring that your content adheres to Zendrop’s guidelines. We recommend reviewing our Terms of Service for more detailed information.

By submitting content to Zendrop, you agree that it complies with both Zendrop’s content guidelines and Terms of Service.

This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for other purposes.
