Why Is My Order in Review?

Understanding why your order is in review.

When your order is marked as In Review, it means Zendrop needs to confirm some details before fulfillment can continue. This could be a verification step (like confirming shipping details), a product availability check, or a request from your supplier for additional information.

Orders also get flagged when essential customer information is missing, like an address, or when carrier communication requires confirmation during shipping. Until the required information is provided, the order stays in review and won't move forward.

Here's what to do:

  • Check Order Issues first. Go to Order Issues in the left-hand navigation. If your supplier has raised an issue on the order, requesting additional details, flagging an out-of-stock item, or putting the order into review, it will appear here. Open the issue and reply directly in the message thread.

  • Respond promptly. The faster you provide the requested information, the sooner the order moves forward. Every day it sits unanswered is a day added to your customer's wait.

Once you've submitted or responded to an issue, Zendrop's fulfillment team will review it and reply directly in the issue thread on Order Issues. They typically respond within 24–48 hours on weekdays, excluding public holidays. After they've actioned it, allow 1–3 business days for the order status to update to Shipping.

How to avoid In Review delays

To keep orders moving without interruption:

  • Make sure all contact and shipping details are accurate before fulfilling.

  • Check Order Issues regularly and respond to any supplier or Zendrop requests as soon as they come in.

  • Monitor your order’s status and address issues promptly.

Order Issues gives you full visibility into what's holding an order back and what needs your response, no guesswork, no support ticket required.
