Why Is My Order in Review?

Understanding why your order is in review.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

When your order is marked as “In Review,” it means we need to confirm some details before we can proceed with fulfillment. This review process may include steps such as verifying information (e.g., email addresses or shipping details) or ensuring product availability.

Orders may also get flagged if essential customer information, such as an email address, is missing or if confirmation is required to facilitate carrier communication during shipping.

Here’s what you should do:

  • Check your email – We may have contacted you to request additional information or clarification about your order.

  • Can’t find the email? – Be sure to check your spam or junk folder, just in case it landed there.

  • Respond promptly – Providing the requested information as soon as possible helps us avoid delays in processing and shipping your order.

Once we receive your confirmation, our team will continue processing your order. Please note it may take 1–3 business days for the order status to update to “Shipping.”

Importance of Email Confirmation

Email plays a pivotal role in the review process. Confirming your email ensures delivery updates, resolves potential issues proactively, and prevents delays. Additionally, email confirmation allows carriers to communicate directly about potential shipping issues, ensuring a smoother delivery experience.

Best Practices for Avoiding Delays

To minimize delays during the 'In Review' process:

  • Ensure all contact and shipping details are accurate.

  • Respond quickly to Zendrop team requests.

  • Monitor your order’s status and address issues promptly.

If you can’t find the email or aren’t sure what to do next, please send us the order number for the order marked as “In Review.” Our team will be happy to check it for you. Additionally, you can proactively track your order status via your dashboard to address issues early. The dashboard provides real-time updates about your order’s status, enabling early identification and resolution of potential concerns.
