Sometimes, order synchronization between Zendrop and our supplier platform can take a little extra time due to factors like high volumes of orders in the system. This may cause orders to remain in 'processing' status longer than usual. The good news is that your order is on track and will be shipped shortly, so you don't need to take any further action.

Other common causes of delays include: goods being out of stock at supplier locations, delays due to holidays impacting factory and warehouse operations, and varying shipping durations depending on the time of year and destination.
