How to Identify Products That Ship Internationally on Zendrop

How to check which Zendrop Products can be shipped to specific countries.

Not every product on Zendrop ships internationally. Here's how to tell which ones do, and how to confirm shipping availability for specific countries before you list a product.

Understanding shipping types

Zendrop categorizes products by supplier origin, and that determines where they can ship:

  • Domestic (U.S. only): Products from U.S.-based suppliers ship exclusively within the United States. If the destination dropdown only shows the United States, the product can't be shipped internationally.

  • International (global): Products fulfilled by Zendrop Fulfillment ship from China and are available to most countries worldwide.

How to find globally shippable products

Use the "Ships From" filter

Leverage Zendrop’s "Ships From" filter to identify products eligible for international shipping:

  • Go to the “Find Products” tab in Zendrop's dashboard.

  • Locate the "Ships From Anywhere" filter in the product catalog.

  • Options include:

    - Ships from China: Displays globally shippable products.

    - Ships from US: Displays products restricted to US-only shipping.

    - Ships from Anywhere: Combines products from both Chinese and US suppliers.

Products from suppliers marked "Zendrop Fulfillment" are guaranteed for global shipping. This is highlighted in the supplier information on the product page.

Check shipping costs by country

To confirm shipping availability and costs:

  1. Open the product details page.

  2. Click All SKUs on the right side of the product page. A panel opens showing each SKU variant with its cost, shipping fee, and total.

  3. Click the Shipping country dropdown at the top of the panel (defaults to United States). Search for or select any country to see destination-specific rates across all variants.

Troubleshooting country-specific shipping

Shopify shipping zone settings

Some shipping issues are tied to your Shopify store, not Zendrop. To make sure a product can be shipped to a specific country like Canada:

  1. Access your Shopify admin and navigate to Settings > Shipping and Delivery.

  2. Under "Shipping Origins," confirm your delivery location is correctly set.

  3. Create or adjust your "Shipping Zones": - Add locations such as Canada and set the appropriate rates.

Compliance with import regulations

While Zendrop Fulfillment facilitates global shipping, users are responsible for ensuring compliance with the target country’s import laws, tax regulations, and other requirements. Confirm product admissibility with each country’s customs guidelines.

Start with the right products

Use the "Ships From" filter and supplier name to confirm global eligibility before you list a product. Use All SKUs on the product page to check destination-specific rates by country, and make sure your Shopify zones are set up to match where you actually sell.
