Zendrop calculates shipping per product, not per order. Here's how costs are determined, where to find them before you buy, and how you can save on multi-unit or bundled shipments.
Where to find the shipping cost
You can check the exact shipping cost for every product variant before adding it to your store. Here's how:
Go to Find Products or Trending Products and open any product listing.
Click All SKUs on the right side of the product page. A panel opens showing each SKU variant's product cost, shipping fee, and total.
Use the Shipping country dropdown at the top of the panel to select your destination. Rates update across all variants instantly.

If you are using a mobile browser, click All SKUs and scroll to the far right of the table to view the product cost, shipping cost, and total cost for each product/variant.

The table shows your exact landed cost per variant: product cost plus shipping. Use that number to set accurate retail prices and protect your profit margin.
Can't reach the product page? If clicking a product in My Products or Store Listings & Sourcing opens Shopify instead of Zendrop, use Find Products to reach it. Search the product by name, open it from there, then click All SKUs.

Shipping costs in the All SKUs table are shown for your selected shipping country. To see costs for a different country, update the Shipping country selector on the product listing page before opening All SKUs.
Shipping Cost Calculation
Per product basis: Zendrop assigns a shipping fee to each product in your order individually. Two items shipping to the same address don't share a single shipping fee. Each pays its own.
Factors that influence cost: Shipping rates depend on the product's weight, destination country, and product type. Rates are set by the carriers Zendrop partners with.
A few things to know about costs
Small order fee: For orders under $10, a small order fee may apply. You can avoid it by combining multiple orders to exceed the $10 threshold.
Prices are in USD: Shipping costs are always shown in USD. If your account or store displays another currency, the converted amount may look higher, the correct charge is always the USD figure shown in Zendrop.
Rates are consistent within a country: Zendrop applies the same shipping rate to all locations within a country. For example, if the U.S. rate is $4.50, that rate applies to New York, California, and every other state.
Zendrop doesn't support Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. Tariff fees are included in the shipping cost, but customs duties and import taxes may still be charged at delivery. Exception: for EU member states, Zendrop adds a flat $3.80 EU Customs Duty per order at fulfillment.
Multi-Unit Discounts
Eligibility: Zendrop offers multi-unit shipping discounts when you order two or more units of the same product ID together.
Discount amount: The exact discount varies by product type and destination country. It appears in the Order Summary before you fulfill the order.
Limitations: Not all products qualify. Multi-unit discounts are typically available only for Zendrop Fulfillment items. See Multi-Unit Shipping Discount for full details.
Bundled product shipping logistics
Shipping costs for bundles: Shipping is calculated per product within a bundle. Each item in the bundle has its own shipping fee.
Combined shipping: If all items in a bundle come from the same supplier, Zendrop may ship them together in one package. Items may ship separately if:
The combined weight exceeds the limit for a single package.
Products don't arrive at the warehouse at the same time (for example, due to supplier delays).
Bulk orders
Large quantity orders: For bulk orders (such as 25 or 100 units of the same item), shipping is charged per unit. Some products qualify for multi-unit discounts, which appear in the Order Summary during fulfillment.
Shopify shipping rates
Zendrop's shipping rates are not automatically synced with Shopify. To ensure consistent pricing for your customers, you'll need to manually configure shipping rates in your Shopify store settings.
Order total discrepancies
If the final order total differs from what you expected, the most common reasons are:
A small order fee applied because the order total was under $10
Dynamic pricing updates reflecting a supplier rate change since you last checked
Currency conversion differences on non-USD accounts
An EU Customs Duty of $3.80 added for an order shipping to an EU member state
