Keeping track of products that you’ve requested to be sourced and quoted is important. This way, you can easily review details, compare costs, and decide whether to add them to your store. Follow these steps to locate your sourced and quoted products in your Zendrop account:
Steps to Find Your Sourced and Quoted Products
Log in to your Zendrop account
Go to Zendrop login page and sign in using your registered email and password.
Navigate to the “Request a Product” tab
From your dashboard, click on Request a Product in the left-hand menu.
Here, you’ll see all your product sourcing requests along with their current status.
Check the quoting status
Products that were successfully sourced will display a status of “Add to My Products.”
This indicates that the product is already available in the catalog and ready to be added to your store.
Add to My Products
Click the Add to My Products button, and the product will appear in your My Products page, under the Import List.
Newly quoted products that you add to your Import List will appear at the top for easy access.
If you’d like to review the product listing first before publishing it, simply click on the product tile. This will open the product listing in a new tab.
You can also locate the product you submitted for sourcing through your Product Requests History. Simply click on the URL, and it will open in a new tab. From there, you can easily compare the product you requested to be sourced with the actual product our team has sourced and added to the catalog.
Review and publish to your store
Once you’ve reviewed the details and are ready to proceed, click Review and Publish. After confirming the settings, you can publish the product directly to your Shopify store.
To locate the products you’ve added and published to your store, go to your Zendrop account and navigate to the “My Products” page, then select “Store Listings & Sourcing.” From there, you’ll see the connection status marked as “Linked,” which indicates that the product has been successfully added and connected to your store.
That’s it! You’ve now located your sourced and quoted product and are ready to start selling it to your customers. To learn more about product sourcing requests, click here.
