How to request product sourcing on Zendrop.

Do you have a product link from AliExpress, eBay, Amazon, Temu, or Alibaba? No problem! Simply send us the link, and we’ll source a high-quality product with fast shipping times for you. Here’s a step-by-step guide to requesting a product on Zendrop.


Requesting a Product

Access the "Request a Product" Page:

  • From the left menu, click "Request a Product."

  • You’ll be redirected to the Request a Product page.

Monthly Product Request Limits:
Depending on your plan, you can submit a different number of product requests per month:

  • Free: 1 request/month

  • Pro: 5 requests/month

  • Plus: 20 requests/month

  • Usage-Based Billing Plans: 20 requests/month

The remaining requests available for the month will be displayed at the top of the page.

Submitting Your Product Request:

  • Paste the product URL (e.g., from AliExpress) into the box under “Link to product listing.”

  • Select your daily sales volume using the dropdown menu.

  • Click the green "Request" button to submit your request.

For High-Volume Sellers:
If you’re already selling more than 50 units per day, click "Get Custom Quote." This will redirect you to a new tab where you can submit your details to join our High Volume Seller Program. Our team will follow up with you as soon as possible.


Tracking Product Requests

Scroll down the Request a Product page to view the status of your submitted requests. Here’s what each status means:

  • Submitted: Your request has been received.

  • In Progress: Our team is sourcing the product.

  • Add to My Products: The product was successfully sourced. Click this option to add it to your My Products tab for review before publishing to your store.

  • Remove from My Products: The product is already in your My Products tab. If you no longer want to import it to your store, click this option to remove it.

  • Linked: The product was successfully sourced, added to your My Products tab, and published to your store. It can be found under the Store Listings & Sourcing page.

  • Rejected: We couldn’t source the product due to an invalid URL or other issues. You’ll receive an email explaining the reason. Learn more about sourcing rejections here: Reasons Products Can’t Be Quoted.

For each request, you’ll also see:

  • The original product link you provided.

  • The quote submission date.

  • The product and shipping costs.

  • The total cost of the product.


Notifications

You’ll receive email notifications about your product requests. These notifications will be sent to the email address linked to your Zendrop account.


Sourcing Time

  • Most product sourcing requests are completed within 12–24 hours.

  • Zendrop works with thousands of suppliers to provide the best possible quotes while ensuring quality and fast shipping.


Price Matching

Zendrop aims to offer competitive pricing that matches or beats competitors. However, some sites use promotions or bundles to lower prices temporarily. While we can’t always match these promotional prices, we prioritize maintaining quality and value.

What Happens if We Can’t Source the Exact Product?

If we’re unable to find the exact product you requested, we’ll try to source a similar item. You’ll receive:

  • An image of the sourced product.

  • A detailed description of any differences compared to your original request.
