Product linking connects the products in your store with those on Zendrop, ensuring that the correct variants are matched and shipped exactly as your customers see them in your store.
Efficiently linking products ensures seamless order management and fulfillment, minimizing errors in the supply chain.
If a product is linked incorrectly, you can unlink it and re-link it to the correct variant at any time.
How to Link Products
You can link products through either the My Products - Store Listings & Sourcing page or directly from the Orders tab.
From the Orders Tab
On this page, any order with an unlinked product will display the Link or Source option.
Find the order containing the product you want to link.
Click the Link or Source option next to the order.
If the product is available on Zendrop, linking allows you to proceed with fulfillment.
If the product is not available on Zendrop, selecting the Source option lets you request sourcing.

From the Store Listings & Sourcing Page:
Go to the My Products - Store Listings & Sourcing page.
Find the unlinked product.
Click the Link or Source button on the right side of the product.
Search for the correct product in the pop-up window.
Click on the product to link each variant.
Click Confirm once done.
How to Unlink Products
Alternative Unlinking Method
Should you decide to uninstall the Zendrop app from your Shopify store, doing so will automatically sever all product connections from Zendrop. Ensure that no manual product connections remain before uninstalling.
Unlinking products from your Zendrop account is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to ensure your products are disconnected:
Log into Your Zendrop Account: Access the Zendrop dashboard by logging into your account.
Navigate to the 'My Products' Section: Use the left-hand menu to open the 'My Products - Store Listings & Sourcing' page.
Search for the Product: Locate the specific product you wish to unlink using the search function or browsing the list of products displayed.
Access More Options: Find the product and click on the three dots (more options) located on the right-hand side of the product listing.
Select 'Unlink': From the dropdown menu, choose the 'Unlink' option to disconnect the product from your Zendrop account.

Publishing a New Product
Publish a product: Create a new product listing directly in Shopify by publishing it through Zendrop. This allows you to start fresh and manage details directly.
Overriding Products
Override feature: Keep your existing Shopify product listing intact while linking it to a new version in Zendrop. The override ensures a seamless transition for your customers.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Confirming Linked Products
Place a test order in your Shopify store. If the order syncs to Zendrop for fulfillment, the product link is successful.
Usage-Based Billing & Product Linking
For users on the Usage-Based Billing plan, the following rules apply:
Linking 1 to 20 products incurs a $29.00 charge for that month.
Unlinking products won’t reduce your current month’s charge, it remains the same until your next billing cycle.
If all products are unlinked, the charge resets the following month, returning you to the free tier.
