Product Override lets you replace a product you're currently selling from AliExpress, Oberlo, or any other supplier with the same product sourced from Zendrop.

How to use Product Override
Log in to your Zendrop account.
Use the search bar to find the product you want to sell.
Click Add to My Products.
From the left-hand menu, select My Products.
Find the product, click the three dots on the right, and select Override.
Choose the product from your Shopify store you want to swap out.
Match each Zendrop variant with the corresponding Shopify variant.
Click Override to confirm. If variant names don't align, check that your Shopify variant names match exactly what's in Zendrop's catalog.
If you encounter issues, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, re-adding products, or unlinking incorrect products to resolve errors.
What changes after the override
The Zendrop product is now linked to your store. Your Facebook ad links, content IDs, and store setup stay exactly the same. No campaign disruption. No manual relinking.
Go to My Products in your Zendrop dashboard to start overriding your current supplier listings.
