Adding Product Variants
To add more variants for the same product from Zendrop to your Shopify store, you have two options:
Manual Addition: - Locate the product in Zendrop’s catalog.
- Add the desired variants manually to your Shopify store.
Re-importing the Product: - Remove the product from Shopify.
- Re-import the product from Zendrop. This will include all available variants automatically, saving time compared to manual addition.
Linking a New Product Variant
To link a new product variant to your store in Zendrop:
Go to My Products → Store Listings & Sourcing in Zendrop.
Locate the product you want to update.
Click Edit on the right side of the product.
Select and link the new variant to your existing store listing. There is no need to override any existing settings.
Save your changes and confirm that the new variant is correctly linked and reflected in your store.
Selling a Specific Product Variant
If you want to sell only one specific variant of a product, follow these steps:
Before Publishing from Zendrop:
While importing a product, go to the 'Variants' section.
Uncheck the variants you don’t want, and then click 'Publish to My Store'. Only the selected variant will appear in your store.
If Already Published:
In your Shopify Admin, go to the Products section.
Select the product.
Click on each variant and choose 'Delete variant', or use bulk actions to remove several at once.
This ensures that only the desired variant is available for customers to purchase.
