If you need to update a variant, unlink a variant, or replace a linked Zendrop product entirely, you can do this directly from your My Products page.
This may be necessary if:
A variant goes out of stock on Zendrop
A new variant is added to an existing Zendrop listing
You want to switch to a different variant for your store product
You want to replace the linked Zendrop product entirely
This guide walks you through both options.
Updating or Changing a Variant on a Linked Product
If only one variant needs to be updated or replaced, you can edit the existing variant mapping.
Steps
Go to My Products in your Zendrop dashboard.
Navigate to the Store Listings & Sourcing section.
Search for the store product you want to update.
Click the three-dot menu (β―) next to the product.
Select Edit.
In the variant mapping window, you will see all currently linked variants.
Click Unlink next to the variant you want to remove.
Select the new variant from the Zendrop product listing.
Click Save to confirm the updated variant mapping.
Once saved, your store variant will now be linked to the newly selected Zendrop variant.
Replacing the Entire Linked Product
If you want to replace the product with a completely different Zendrop listing, you will first need to unlink the current product.
Steps
Go to My Products.
Open the Store Listings & Sourcing section.
Search for the store product you want to replace.
Click the three-dot menu (β―) next to the product.
Select Unlink.
Once the product is unlinked, you can connect a new one.
Linking a New Zendrop Product
Click Link or Source on the product.
If the product already exists in the Zendrop catalog, search by:
Product name
Product ID
Select the product and map the variants.
Click Save to complete the linking process.
If the Product Is Not in the Zendrop Catalog
If the product you want to link is not available in Zendrop, you can request sourcing.
Steps
Click Link or Source.
Select Source Product.
Submit the sourcing request.
Important:
You will be able to submit a sourcing request after the product receives its first sale in your store.
Tips for Managing Product Variants
Always verify variant mapping after editing to ensure orders route correctly.
If a variant becomes out of stock, updating the variant mapping can prevent order delays.
When replacing a product, make sure all store variants are correctly mapped before saving.
