Case 1: The Product Was Just Sourced for You
If you submitted a Product Sourcing request and only a few variants (for example, one or two colors or sizes) appear in your dashboard, this means:

Other variants shown on the original supplier site (like AliExpress or Alibaba) may not currently be available, or our suppliers may not offer them with consistent quality or fulfillment reliability. Additionally, supplier origin can play a role in variant availability; for example, products from Chinese suppliers labeled as "Zendrop Fulfillment" tend to offer multiple options, whereas Amazon-based or US suppliers often have integration limitations that restrict variant availability.
Our team always prioritizes accuracy and fulfillment reliability when adding newly sourced products to your dashboard, so only verified variants are listed.
Case 2: The Product Is Already Available in the Zendrop Catalog
If the product you’re referring to is one that’s already available in the Zendrop catalog (not a newly sourced item), and you’d like to see additional colors, sizes, or styles added, our team can check with suppliers to confirm availability.

Once we receive that information, our supplier team will reach out to confirm whether those variants can be added to Zendrop.
NOTE: Products sourced from Amazon suppliers are limited to a single size or color variant due to integration limitations. Additionally, these items come from U.S.-based suppliers’ ready-to-ship inventory, which further restricts available sizes, colors, or configurations. While multiple options may appear on Amazon, Zendrop cannot reflect them because of these limitations. If broader size or color options are needed, explore alternative vendors available in Zendrop’s platform, or consider sourcing options listed as "Zendrop Fulfillment,” which typically allow more variants and international shipping.

There’s a time zone difference between Zendrop and our suppliers, so we typically need some time to hear back from them.
