The Dashboard Overview

Understanding your Zendrop dashboard.

Updated this week

Your Zendrop Dashboard gives you a real-time overview of your store’s performance and fulfillment activity all in one clean, data-driven view. It’s the perfect place to track your orders, monitor sales, and analyze profits from products fulfilled through Zendrop.

Data Filters

You can filter your dashboard data to get a precise snapshot of your business performance:

  • By Date Range:
    Choose from:

    • Today

    • Last 7 Days

    • Last 30 Days

    • Custom Range

  • By Country:
By default, all countries are displayed.
Click the Country Filter to view only orders shipped to specific destinations during the selected time period.
    Example:

    • If all orders during the period were shipped to the U.S., only “U.S.” will appear.

    • If orders were shipped to the U.S., Germany (GE), and Canada (CA), those three countries will be listed.

  • Selecting a specific country instantly recalculates all dashboard metrics to reflect that region’s data.

Note: Small order fees and Print-on-Demand (POD) fees are not included in the report.

Export Options

You can export your order data directly from the dashboard for your own analysis or record-keeping.

  • All Orders (CSV):
Exports the same data available in your Orders tab, but based on the Fulfillment Date.

    • The file is available for download directly in your browser when logged in.

  • Statement (PDF):
Generates your billing statement using the same export functionality found under the Billing section.

The right side of your dashboard provides a quick overview of your order statuses within the selected time frame:
