What Product Details Are Shown on the Product Listing Page?

A complete breakdown of every detail shown on a Zendrop product listing page.

Updated today

Before you add a product to your store, Zendrop gives you everything you need to decide whether it's worth selling. The product listing page pulls together pricing, shipping, specs, and performance data so you can evaluate a product in one place, no guesswork required.

The main product information

At the top of every listing, you'll find the core details that describe the product itself:

  • Product title: The name of the product as it appears in the catalog.

  • Product images: A hero image sits at the top left, with additional product photos displayed below it.

  • Product description: A written overview of the product, covering key features, use cases, and specifications.

  • Supplier name: The name of the supplier fulfilling this product.

Pricing and cost

Zendrop shows you the full cost picture so you can price your store accurately and protect your profit margin.

  • Product cost: The wholesale unit price you pay per item.

  • Shipping cost: The flat rate shipping fee applied per variant.

  • Suggested retail price: A reference selling price to help you calculate your margin.

Shipping and processing times

Delivery expectations are listed directly on the product page so you can set accurate timelines with your customers before you ever sell a unit.

  • Processing time: The number of business days it takes the supplier to prepare and dispatch the order.

  • Delivery time: The estimated time for the order to arrive at your customer's address after it ships.

  • Ships from: The country or warehouse location the product ships from.

These timelines reflect standard conditions. Delays can occur during peak seasons or due to carrier disruptions.

Product variants

If a product comes in multiple options, you'll find a dedicated Variants tab on the listing. This tab shows:

  • Size options available for the product.

  • Color options, each with its own variant image.

  • SKU: The unique identifier for each variant, either assigned by the supplier or auto-generated by Zendrop.

  • Cost per variant: Pricing may differ between variants depending on size or configuration.

  • Inventory: The available stock count for each variant.

Product specifications

Most listings include standard physical specifications within the product description. These typically cover:

  • Dimensions and weight

  • Materials used

  • Product functionality and basic usage instructions

If a specification isn’t shown on the product listing, the Zendrop Customer Success team can request it from the supplier on your behalf. Simply share the product URL with the team through the in-app messenger.

Performance metrics

Zendrop displays data-driven signals to help you identify products worth selling before you commit. These metrics appear on the listing and include:

  • P/C Ratio (Profit-to-Cost Ratio): The relationship between your potential profit and the product cost. A higher ratio means more room for margin.

  • Growth %: How much demand for this product has increased over a recent period. Higher growth indicates rising customer interest.

  • Saturation: How widely this product is already being sold by other dropshippers. Lower saturation means less competition.

  • Orders: The number of times this product has been ordered through Zendrop, giving you a signal of real demand.

Additional options on the listing

Depending on the product, you may also see the following actions directly on the listing page:

  • Add to Import List: Imports the product into your store.

  • Place a Sample Order: Orders a unit for yourself to verify quality before selling.

When details are missing

Not every listing has complete information. Zendrop works with a global supplier network, and some suppliers only provide standard specs, dimensions, materials, and basic usage instructions. More specialized details like ingredient lists, chemical composition, or compliance documentation require a direct request to the manufacturer.

If you need information that isn't on the listing, contact the Zendrop team. Share the product link and specify exactly what you need. The team will request it from the supplier and follow up with whatever is available.
