Zendrop pulls in Shopify's fraud analysis to flag orders that look suspicious. Fulfilling a high-risk order could trigger a chargeback and disrupt your payment processing. Here's how the feature works.
The Orders page shows a warning icon on any potentially fraudulent order. Hover over it to see the high-risk flag.
Clicking Fulfill Order on a flagged order shows a second warning at the top of the page. You can still fulfill it, but you take on the chargeback risk. If auto-fulfillment or daily-fulfillment is on, high-risk orders are skipped by default. Fulfill them manually if you choose to proceed.
Review flagged orders from the Orders page before your fulfillment window closes. When in doubt, cancel and refund rather than risk a chargeback.
