If you see a red triangle (⚠️) warning icon next to an order in your Zendrop dashboard, that order is blocked, it won't move to fulfillment until the issue is resolved.
Hover over the triangle to see the exact reason. The most common block reasons and their fixes are listed below.
An unfulfilled order isn't lost. Every block reason is fixable, most in under a minute.
Common reasons an order is blocked
1. Payment not completed or declined
Tooltip: "Payment required before this order can be fulfilled."
The Fulfill Order button is disabled until Zendrop receives payment. This can happen when your credit card is declined, your Zendrop credits balance is too low, or a 3D Secure verification step wasn't completed.
How to fix it:
Go to Orders and open the blocked order.
Check the Zendrop Payment column, if it shows Unpaid, payment hasn't processed.
Update your payment method in Settings → Billing, or top up your Zendrop credits.
If you see a 3D Secure prompt, complete the verification in your bank app, then return and try fulfilling again.
2. Missing or incomplete customer information
Tooltip: "Please provide a shipping address for this order."
Zendrop can't generate a shipping label without a complete address. Missing fields like a postal code, province, or apartment number will block fulfillment.
How to fix it:
Open the order and click Add Address or Edit Address.
Fill in all required fields, full street address, city, province/state, postal code, and country.
Save the changes. The order will be ready to fulfill immediately.
3. Item removed by the supplier
Tooltip: "This product has been removed from Zendrop."
Suppliers occasionally discontinue products or remove variants from Zendrop's catalog after an order has been placed. When that happens, Zendrop blocks fulfillment automatically.
How to fix it:
Cancel the unfulfilled item from the order.
Search Zendrop's catalog for a similar replacement product.
Can't find one? Use Request a Product to source it.
The cancelled item is automatically refunded within 24 hours, you only pay for what ships.
4. Product out of stock
Tooltip: "A product in this order is currently out of stock."
The supplier hasn't removed the item from the catalog, but current stock is zero. Fulfillment is paused until stock is restored or you switch to an alternative.
How to fix it:
Wait for the supplier to restock (Zendrop will notify you when the product is available again).
Or cancel the item and search for a similar in-stock replacement in the catalog.
5. Product not linked to Zendrop
Tooltip: "Please link this product to a Zendrop listing."
The product in your Shopify order isn't matched to a Zendrop catalog item. Without a link, Zendrop doesn't know which supplier to fulfill from.
How to fix it:
Open the order and click Link Product.
Select the correct product and variant from Zendrop's catalog.
Once linked, the order is ready to fulfill.
6. Product can't ship to the customer's country
Tooltip: "This product cannot be shipped to the customer's country."
The supplier or carrier doesn't support delivery to that destination. This can affect specific countries or even certain zip codes within a supported country.
How to fix it:
Check whether a different variant or supplier covers that country.
If you sell U.S.-based or Print-on-Demand items, try a nearby city or different ZIP code, the restriction may be address-specific.
If no shipping option exists, cancel the item and refund your customer.
7. Order not synced from your store
What it looks like: The order appears in Shopify (or TikTok Shop) but is missing from Zendrop, or it shows as unfulfilled with no action available.
How to fix it:
In your Zendrop dashboard, go to Orders and click Sync Orders.
Wait 1–2 minutes, then refresh the page.
If the order still doesn't appear, disconnect and reconnect your store integration under Settings → Store.
8. Order stuck in Processing or In Review
An order in Processing or In Review status isn't necessarily blocked, but it can feel that way when it takes longer than expected.
Normal processing times: 1–5 business days. During Chinese holidays or high-volume periods, allow extra time.
Orders go into In Review when Zendrop needs to confirm shipping details, check product availability, or gather additional information from your supplier.
How to fix it:
Wait out the processing window, most orders move through automatically.
If it's been more than 5 business days with no movement, submit an Order Issue (see below).
9. High-risk order flagged by Shopify
Tooltip: "High-risk fraud alert from Shopify's fraud analysis."
Shopify's fraud detection flagged this order. Zendrop automatically pauses auto-fulfillment to protect you from potential chargebacks.
How to fix it:
Review the order manually in Shopify before proceeding.
You can still fulfill it, but it's at your own risk (e.g., chargebacks).
If you're unsure, contact the customer or Shopify Support to verify the order's legitimacy first.
How to submit an Order Issue
For problems that can't be resolved by the steps above, such as a package lost in transit, a wrong item delivered, a package marked delivered but not received, or an order that's been in review for more than 5 business days, submit an Order Issue directly from your dashboard.
How to submit:
In your Zendrop dashboard, click Order Issues in the left-hand navigation.
Click Submit Order Issue.
Select the affected order from the list.
Choose the issue type (e.g., Wrong Item, Package Not Received, Order Stuck).
Add any supporting details or photos (required for damaged or wrong items).
Submit, Zendrop's fulfillment team will review and respond.
Order Issues are for post-shipment problems and fulfillment escalations. For general questions, use the in-app chat.
Still seeing the warning after fixing the issue?
Refresh the page, updates can take a moment to sync.
Double-check that every product in the order is linked and in stock.
If the triangle persists, contact our support team via the in-app chat.
Head to Orders in your dashboard and check the Unresolved orders, it flags every blocked order in one place so you can action them fast.
