Requirements to Become a Supplier:
Your company should be legally registered and have a solid reputation.
There should be no minimum order quantity for dropshipping products.
Deliver high-standard products with at least three top-tier images and complete descriptions.

Becoming a Supplier:
Step 1: Application
Fill out the supplier application form.
Our supplier relationship team will review your application and reach out within 24 hours if approved.
Step 2: Account Activation
Log into your Zendrop supplier account using the credentials provided by our team.
Click the drop-down arrow located at the top right corner of your account.
Select the "Profile" option from the menu.
Update your details: name, email, address, company name, phone number, and bank account details.
Save your changes.
Note: The bank account details you provide will be used for your payments.
Step 3: Importing Products
You have three options to import products to Zendrop:
Option A: Our team can handle the setup. Provide a product XLS file for import.
Option B: Manually add products to your Zendrop account.
Option C: Automatically import products from Shopify.
Additional Information:
Selective Product Listing: You don’t have to list all your products on Zendrop. You can choose specific products by sending an XLS file.
Order Notifications: You will receive email notifications for every order.
Shipping Regions: You can choose where to ship your products. Clarify shipping details during the onboarding survey.
Neutral Packaging: Products must be shipped in standard packaging without your branding to maintain the dropshipping model.
Order Management: Cancel orders through your Shopify store, and order updates will sync automatically with Zendrop.
Inventory Management: When you update your inventory in your Shopify store, it will automatically sync with Zendrop.
Product Inactivity: To stop dropshipping particular items, make them inactive from your Products tab on Zendrop.
Payment Process:
Payments are processed every Friday. This includes all orders from the previous week that you have fulfilled and updated with tracking numbers. Payments will be made directly to your registered bank account via Stripe, supporting ACH or Wire transfers.
