Return Eligibility for Incorrectly Sized Clothing

What to do when apparel arrives in the wrong size.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

If you received an item in a different size than what you originally ordered, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. This article also explains what to do if the wrong size was ordered by the customer. Here's how to proceed:

When You Can Request a Refund or Replacement

Zendrop will issue a refund or reshipment at no additional cost if:

  • The size received is different from what was selected at checkout

  • You can provide the required evidence

Tip: Products shipped from China typically do not require returns due to high shipping costs. However, some U.S.-based items may need to be returned before a refund or replacement can be processed.

What We Need From You

To confirm the issue, please submit:

  1. Photo or video evidence clearly showing the size you received (e.g., a product label or tag)

  2. A screenshot of the original order showing the size selected at checkout

Once verified, Zendrop will take care of the refund or replacement for you.

Refund/ Replacement Limitations

  • If the correct size was sent and a size chart was available on the product page, Zendrop cannot offer a refund or replacement, even if the item doesn’t fit as expected.

  • Returns for fit issues are not accepted unless Zendrop made a mistake in fulfilling the order.

  • If your customer still wants to return the item, they can send it to your personal return address, not Zendrop’s. If the customer ordered the wrong size, Zendrop recommends sending the item to a personal address (e.g., your home or office) instead of returning it to the warehouse due to high shipping costs.

Tip: If the product page doesn't show sizing info, you can ask Zendrop for a dimension chart before placing the order to help prevent issues.
