Who Can Use Sample Orders? (Requirements)
To place a sample order, you must meet a few conditions:

Paid Plan | You must be on a paid Zendrop plan sample orders are not available on the free/Starter plan. |
Connected Store | Your store must be connected (Shopify, ClickFunnels, or TikTok Shop US). Without a connected store, the “Sample Order” option won’t work. |
Do I Pay for Sample Orders?
Yes, you’ll need to cover the wholesale price of the product plus shipping.
Please note that Zendrop credits or order credits can’t be used toward sample orders, and sample orders are non-refundable.
How to Place a Sample Order
Here’s how to do it step by step:
Log into your Zendrop dashboard.
Browse or search for the product in the Zendrop catalog.
On the product page, click the “Sample Order” button.
Select the variant (size, color, etc.), choose the quantity, and enter the shipping address.
Your order will show in the Orders tab. You can track and manage it like a normal order.
