Yes, you can! You can order products directly through Zendrop by placing a Sample Order.

Sample orders let you get the product in your hands so you can test quality, verify functionality, and create your own marketing content before offering it in your store.

What Is a Sample Order?

A sample order is when you order a product to your own address (or any address you choose), with the purpose of:

  • Inspecting product quality

  • Testing functionality

  • Verifying packaging

  • Ordering a product for your customer

  • Creating your own photos/videos and marketing materials

It’s a great way to ensure the product meets your expectations before you sell it to customers.

Who Can Use Sample Orders? (Requirements)

To place a sample order, you must meet a few conditions:

You must be on a paid Zendrop plan sample orders are not available on the free/Starter plan.

Connected Store

Your store must be connected (Shopify, ClickFunnels, or TikTok Shop US). Without a connected store, the “Sample Order” option won’t work.

Do I Pay for Sample Orders?

Yes, you’ll need to cover the wholesale price of the product plus shipping.
Please note that Zendrop credits or order credits can’t be used toward sample orders, and sample orders are non-refundable.

How to Place a Sample Order

Here’s how to do it step by step:

  1. Log into your Zendrop dashboard.

  2. Browse or search for the product in the Zendrop catalog.

  3. On the product page, click the “Sample Order” button.

  4. Select the variant (size, color, etc.), choose the quantity, and enter the shipping address.

  5. Your order will show in the Orders tab. You can track and manage it like a normal order.
