Finding your Shopify store URL is a key step when connecting integrations, resolving account issues, or verifying your store details.
This guide walks you through the simple methods to locate your store URL directly from your Shopify admin dashboard.
Understanding Your Shopify Store URL
Every Shopify store has a unique address that identifies it online.
Your store URL typically follows one of these formats:
Default Shopify URL:
your-store-name.myshopify.comCustom Domain (if set up):
www.yourcustomdomain.com
Even if you use a custom domain, your original myshopify.com URL still exists and is useful for support and integrations.
Ways to Find Your Shopify Store URL
Method 1: From the Admin Panel Address Bar
Log in to your Shopify admin panel.
Look at your browser’s address bar, it will look like this:
https://your-store-name.myshopify.com/admin
Remove “/admin” from the end.
The remaining part (your-store-name.myshopify.com) is your Shopify store URL.
Method 2: From the Settings Page
Log in to your Shopify admin dashboard.
Go to Settings → General.
Your store’s
.myshopify.comURL will appear at the top of the page under Store details.
Method 3: Using the Domains Section
From your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Domains.
Here, you’ll see all domains connected to your store, including:
Your primary domain (the one visible to customers)
Your Shopify-managed domain (the one ending in
.myshopify.com)
Method 4: From the Preferences Menu
Log in to your Shopify admin panel.
Select Online Store → Preferences from the left-hand menu.
Scroll down to the Store details section.
Your store’s primary domain will appear under Store address.
Why the Correct URL Matters
Providing the correct Shopify store URL ensures accurate support and smooth integration with platforms like Zendrop.
It helps prevent delays or confusion when handling account-related actions such as order verification, sample requests, or refund processing.
Always copy your full store URL (including https://) to avoid typos when submitting it to support or connecting third-party apps.
